Terms of Service
The working terms for our website and marketing services. A signed project agreement or accepted written proposal takes priority where it differs.

Scope and acceptance
Website packages describe standard scopes. Before work begins, we confirm deliverables, access, deadlines, fees and any agreed changes in writing. A client engagement begins when both sides accept the written scope and payment arrangements. Sending an enquiry alone does not create a service contract.
Fees and payments
All website prices are in US dollars. One-time packages are invoiced according to the accepted proposal; unless otherwise agreed, the project fee is payable before work begins. Monthly packages require the setup fee and first month in advance, with later monthly fees billed in advance. Any applicable taxes are identified on the quote or invoice.
Separate costs
Advertising budgets, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, paid stock licences, filming, talent, translation and other third-party charges are excluded unless expressly listed. Clients pay advertising platforms directly. Additional scope requires a written quote and approval.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, lawful and authorised materials, necessary account access, permission-based mailing lists where relevant and timely consolidated feedback. Client delays may move delivery dates. Clients remain responsible for approving factual claims and materials before publication.
Revisions and delivery
The Brand Identity, Advertising Creative and Landing Page packages include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed brief. Other services include the setup, testing or monthly activities expressly listed. New concepts or requests outside the agreed brief are quoted separately. Estimated timeframes start after payment, brief, materials and access are complete and are confirmed during onboarding.
Monthly services and cancellation
Monthly services renew monthly, with no minimum term unless separately agreed. Email support@admesh.site at least seven calendar days before the next renewal to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid service period. Setup fees and work already completed are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Account ownership and results
Clients retain ownership of their advertising and software accounts. We access them only as authorised for the engagement. Platform decisions and policies may affect delivery. We do not guarantee sales, leads, ranking, return on advertising spend, approval or other commercial outcomes.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
After full payment, ownership of original final deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the agreement. Unselected concepts, working methods and pre-existing agency tools remain ours unless agreed otherwise. Third-party assets remain governed by their licences. Both parties should protect confidential project information and share it only as needed to deliver the engagement. Portfolio use requires client permission.
Acceptable use and suspension
We may decline unlawful, deceptive, infringing or platform-prohibited work. Work may be paused for nonpayment, missing access, unresolved approvals or material breaches, with notice where practical. We will discuss any effect on deadlines and remaining work.
Problems and disputes
Tell us promptly about a concern so we can review the work and seek a practical resolution. Refunds are considered under the published refund policy and accepted agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability, governing law and dispute provisions must be set out in the accepted project agreement.
Website use and updates
Website content is general information about our services. Do not misuse the website, copy protected content without permission or attempt unauthorised access. Updated website terms apply prospectively; accepted client engagements remain subject to their agreed terms unless both parties agree a change.
