Information you choose to provide
When you email or call us, we may receive your name, business details, email address, phone number, message, project requirements and any files you share. During a client engagement we may also process billing details, agreed account access and project materials. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Website and technical information
Your hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and server logs. This website does not install advertising pixels or analytics scripts by default. The contact form opens your own email application; it does not submit to an Admesh server or store your message in a website database.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, administer invoices, provide support and protect our operations. We do not sell personal information. We do not add enquiry contacts to promotional mailing lists without an appropriate permission or other applicable basis.
Service providers and client data
We may use hosting, business email, invoicing, project management and other service providers as needed for our work. They receive information only as appropriate to their role. Where we access client customer data, our responsibilities, permitted uses and any required data processing terms should be agreed before access is granted.
International handling
We operate from Sri Lanka and work with international clients. Communications and service providers may involve information being processed in other countries. Where required, applicable transfer arrangements and project-specific data terms will be addressed before processing.
Maps and external links
Google Maps embeds load only when you choose “Load interactive map”. Google then receives request information under its own privacy terms. External email, telephone and map links open services outside this website. We do not control their privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, records obligations and dispute handling, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. We use proportionate access controls and other practical safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Contact support@admesh.site to ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, or raise another privacy request. We will assess requests in light of applicable requirements and may need to verify identity. You may also contact the relevant local data protection authority where that right applies.
Children and policy updates
Our services are directed to businesses, not children. We do not intentionally collect children’s personal information. We may update this policy as our website and services change; the revised date will appear on this page.
