Let’s talk
THE DETAILS MATTER

Refund & Cancellation Policy

What happens when a project changes, a service is cancelled or work needs to be reviewed.

01

Before work begins

If you cancel before onboarding or service work begins, we will refund amounts paid for work that has not started. Any specifically authorised, non-recoverable third-party costs will be identified and explained.

02

One-time projects in progress

If you cancel after work begins, we calculate the work reasonably completed against the agreed scope and any authorised non-recoverable costs. The unused balance is refundable. We will provide a clear breakdown; if a project has been fully delivered, cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund of completed work.

03

Setup fees

Setup fees cover account review, planning, onboarding and initial configuration. If setup has not started, it is refundable. If setup is partly completed, we assess the unused portion. Once the agreed setup work is completed, the setup fee is not refundable merely because ongoing service is cancelled.

04

Monthly cancellations

Email support@admesh.site at least seven calendar days before your next renewal to stop the following month’s service and billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, during which we continue the agreed work. For later requests, contact us promptly; we will confirm whether the next cycle can still be stopped.

05

Service concerns and undelivered work

If you believe an agreed deliverable is missing or materially inconsistent with the written scope, contact us with details. We will review the issue and propose correction, completion, a proportionate credit or a refund where appropriate. If we cannot deliver agreed work, the undelivered portion will be refunded. Commercial performance alone is not a refund basis because results are not guaranteed.

06

Refund process

Send your company name, invoice reference, service and reason to support@admesh.site. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days. Once approved, refunds are initiated within ten business days, normally to the original payment method. Payment providers may take additional processing time.

07

Third-party costs and rights

Advertising spend paid directly to Meta or Google and subscriptions paid to other providers follow those providers’ policies. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Your accepted project agreement takes priority where it provides a different agreed arrangement consistent with applicable requirements.
